Job Overview

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all human resources activities within the company. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Chennai and a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA - HR with 4 to 7 years experience in HR
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Handle payroll and salary management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee training and development needs
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Location

Chennai - T.Nagar

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm (cab not offered)

Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000
