Job description
- Attending queries raised from customers over phone, email
- Providing timely resolution to complaints raised
- Follow up with customers to address pending issues
Requirements
- Female candidates with 1 year to 5 years experience can apply
- Graduation and Excellent communication is mandatory
Salary
Rs 13,000 - Rs. 18,000
Day Shift - Monday to Saturday
