Job Profile
- Understand needs of customers and recommend products, services
- Address and resolve queries raised by customers
- Handle customer queries over phone, email and chat interface
Requirements
- Female candidate with 6 months to5 years experience in Customer support
- Graduation is mandatory
- Should have excellent communication skill
Salary
Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 19,000 (depending upon experience and skill set)
Location
Chennai - T.Nagar / Guindy
Day shift - 10 am to 7 pm
