Designation: Regional Sales Head [Interior Industry]
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 sales
professionals to generate leads and close deals within the designated region. Your primary
focus will be on cultivating relationships and generating bulk leads from builders, and other
relevant stakeholders within the construction and real estate industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of sales professionals: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to your
team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Generate leads: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from builders, and
other key decision-makers in the industry.
3. Lead management: Oversee the management of leads, ensuring they are properly
tracked, followed up on, and nurtured throughout the sales process.
4. Deal closure: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close deals with potential clients,
maximizing revenue opportunities for the company.
5. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in
the industry to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
6. Market analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management on
sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials,
construction, real estate, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales
targets.
• Strong network of contacts within the construction and real estate industries.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive
business growth.
