Job Overview

We are seeking a Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Mysuru. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of work experience in interior design, demonstrating proficiency with Interior Design, AutoCAD (Mandatory skill), and Sketchup (Mandatory skill). This role requires creative flair and an eye for detail to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Interior Design (Mandatory skill), showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for drafting and designing interior projects.
• Skilled in using Sketchup (Mandatory skill) for creating 3D models and visualizations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design and execution.
• Experience with V-Ray for realistic rendering and visualization of interior spaces.
• Understanding and experience in designing residential interiors, creating inviting and functional living spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine design preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, and furnishings, using AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and measurements to gather accurate information for design execution.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using V-Ray to present design concepts to clients.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Manage project timelines and budget, ensuring timely completion of design projects within allotted resources.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques to deliver innovative and modern design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements in all design and implementation processes.
