We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our clients team at Bommasandra, Bengaluru. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our company's message effectively. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of best practices for designing graphics for digital and print mediums.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create visually stunning graphics for digital and print mediums.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within the given deadlines.
• Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality of work.
• Work closely with the content team to incorporate visual elements that complement the written content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to oversee the printing and production process of marketing materials.
