We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and market expansion efforts. This role includes business development responsibilities, client representation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Provide strategic insights for expansion.
Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and research. Maintain a strong client pipeline.
Client Meetings: Represent Wurfel in client meetings, presentations, and discussions, addressing inquiries and promoting our offerings.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Proposal & Negotiation: Create tailored proposals and negotiate terms to secure profitable contracts.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitive dynamics to maintain an edge.
Collaboration: Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Proven success in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally in Real Estate/Interior.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Willing to learn and adapt to industry trends and best practices.
