Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Architect based in Bengaluru to join our team. The selected candidate will focus on creating 2D and 3D designs for both residential and commercial buildings.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop designs and floorplans that optimize available space while considering various factors such as Vaasthu, Structural Designs, local regulations, Energy Efficiency, and Interior design aesthetics
• Translate client requirements into practical and executable building plans
• Design building elevations within project budget constraints
• Collaborate with construction professionals and teams
• Ability to create interior designs tailored to client specifications

Desired Profile:

• 3+ years of experience as an Architect
• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in Interior Design

Desired Skills:

• Strong technical drawing abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Familiarity with building codes and local regulatory standards
• Creative thinking and visualization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
