Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Helloboss. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating new business opportunities. This is a full-time, remote position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 7 years).


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince and persuade potential clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-oriented and driven to achieve results
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the subscription-based industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Contact and engage with leads to understand their needs and budget
  • Present and demonstrate our subscription packages to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
