Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telecaller for our real estate division at Housiey Key Mansions Pvt Ltd, based in Bengaluru. The position is full-time and requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves engaging clients and facilitating sales of residential properties by leveraging strong communication skills and real estate knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Real Estate Sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and closing deals (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project details and convince potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Residential Sales expertise to understand and address customer needs efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience in credit card sales, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in sales roles.
- Previous experience in travel packages sales showcasing your ability to sell diverse products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to address clients' queries and concerns skillfully.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team and clearly explain project details to potential clients.
- Convince prospective clients to visit project sites by providing compelling information and presentations.
- Organize and conduct site visits, ensuring all relevant client queries are addressed during the process.
- Work towards achieving sales targets by facilitating the booking of residential properties.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and continuously provide prompt follow-up post-site visits.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and competitor activities to offer competitive client solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Report regularly on sales progress and provide feedback to refine sales strategies.
