Housiey Key Mansions is seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Pune. This position is ideal for freshers interested in pursuing a career in real estate sales. As a full-time role, you'll work closely with prospective clients across Pune Division, including areas like Baner, Wagholi, and Hadapsar. With a focus on customer engagement, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the thriving real estate industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team, providing detailed explanations of real estate projects to build interest.
- Convince potential clients to schedule site visits, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of each property.
- Accompany prospects on site visits, addressing all relevant inquiries and providing assistance throughout the process.
- Facilitate the booking process by guiding prospects through the necessary steps and finalizing sales agreements.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly to ensure a continuous relationship and address any additional needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights from client interactions and improve overall service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date market information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence in customer service.
