Job Overview
Housiey Key Mansions is seeking an experienced Team Lead in Real Estate for a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience at a mid-level position, focused on engaging with potential clients, conducting site visits, and finalizing sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess skills in real estate sales, residential sales, and have strong market knowledge (Mandatory skill) to effectively engage with prospective buyers and convert leads.
- Experience in team management is required to lead and mentor a diverse group of sales professionals towards achieving company goals.
- Expertise in primary sales processes that focus on understanding client needs and translating those into successful transactions.
- Comprehensive location knowledge is required to provide accurate and relevant information about properties to clients.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and effectively conveying project details.
- A track record in generating leads and successfully closing transactions adds value to the profile.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions to drive sales processes efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools that aid in managing client relationships and sales processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to explain project details and benefits to potential customers.
- Convince and facilitate site visits for prospects, ensuring all queries are addressed satisfactorily and professionally.
- Actively participate in site visits, guiding prospects and addressing all relevant inquiries to enhance their buying experience.
- Follow up with prospects post-visit to ensure conversion and assist in the final booking processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance sales strategies and improve lead generation methods.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team, driving performance and ensuring sales targets are met consistently.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated with new projects and competitive offerings in the real estate sector.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM tools.
