Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager in Real Estate to join our Bengaluru team. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring experience between 4 and 6 years, where you will engage with potential clients to promote new residential launches. The role involves converting leads generated by our marketing team and playing a pivotal role in the sales process through to booking.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience in residential sales, demonstrating an ability to close deals effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven channel partner experience in the real estate market. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong background in real estate sales, with a successful track record in meeting sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Skillful negotiation capabilities to achieve favorable terms and close sales efficiently with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with prospects and stakeholders.
- Understanding of primary sales operations within the real estate sector, ensuring process adherence.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships that contribute to sales success.
- Adept at organizing and conducting site visits, enhancing conversion rates from visit to booking.
