Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager/Sales Manager in Real Estate for a junior position. This is a full-time role located in one of the cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Gurgaon, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience, working with our team to handle real estate sales activities and build strong client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry, focusing on residential sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales strategy planning and implementation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and partners (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in real estate market analysis to inform sales tactics and approaches.
  • Experience in team management, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects, ensuring detailed focus on each transaction.
  • Knowledge of the local property market across key cities where Housiey operates.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team and effectively communicate project details.
  • Convince potential customers to schedule site visits by addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Lead site visits, providing a comprehensive overview and resolving all client queries.
  • Manage the booking process, ensuring client satisfaction and closing sales efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy of information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other team members to refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.
  • Stay informed about new project launches and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
