Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager/Sales Manager in Real Estate for a junior position. This is a full-time role located in one of the cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Gurgaon, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience, working with our team to handle real estate sales activities and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry, focusing on residential sales.
- Demonstrated ability in sales strategy planning and implementation (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and partners (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in real estate market analysis to inform sales tactics and approaches.
- Experience in team management, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance sales team.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects, ensuring detailed focus on each transaction.
- Knowledge of the local property market across key cities where Housiey operates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team and effectively communicate project details.
- Convince potential customers to schedule site visits by addressing their needs and preferences.
- Lead site visits, providing a comprehensive overview and resolving all client queries.
- Manage the booking process, ensuring client satisfaction and closing sales efficiently.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy of information and documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and other team members to refine sales processes and strategies.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.
- Stay informed about new project launches and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
