Job Overview
Housiey Key Mansions is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Real Estate professional for the Bengaluru location. This is a full-time position ideally suited for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The Pre-Sales Real Estate role involves engaging with prospective clients, facilitating site visits, and driving bookings of new launches from top developers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide detailed project information (Mandatory skill).
- A client-centric approach with a good attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in real estate sales to lead successful client interactions and closure of deals (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth market knowledge to provide insights and advice to potential buyers navigating the real estate landscape.
- Proficiency in residential sales to handle client queries and suggest suitable property options with ease.
- An MBA degree to bring strategic thinking and analytical skills to the role, enhancing business operations.
