Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, specifically in the Mumbai Suburban area of Andheri. This is a senior-level, full-time position responsible for managing various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campus recruitment, payroll, and end-to-end recruitment processes, along with excellent performance management and communication skills. Preferred: Female Candidate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in campus recruitment, using innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely processing (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding (Mandatory skill).
- Effective performance management skills, capable of developing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
- Experience in training and development, creating programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and the ability to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with both employees and management.
- Proven capability in managing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the payroll system, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Design performance management processes to develop an effective retaining strategy.
- Create and deliver training programs that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
