Key Responsibilities:


Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales process, from inquiry to post-sales support.

Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and present property options that align with their requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals and achieve sales targets.

Provide regular project updates, pricing information, and property details to clients.

Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Assist in organizing site visits, property presentations, and other promotional events.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

Graduate, preferably with an MBA in sales, marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management in real estate sales.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and tools.

Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable property options.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
