Job description

Maintaining the OLA sheet

*Order office stationery and supplies

*Maintain internal databases

Keeping the records of Laptop, Phone and sim card

*Prepare regular reports Company furniture and fixture

*Keeping the record of Tea

Organize, store and print company documents as needed

*Making sure of couriers/We Fast of the company.

*Make travel arrangements

*Taking care of office related expenses (for eg stationary and housekeeping )

*Helping HR to maintain the calling sheet

*Helping with attendance

*Taking care of employees ID Card and Visiting card.

*Taking care of Stationery requirements and printing
