Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

On-Camera Anchoring: Present and host real estate property tours, project walkthroughs, and market updates on camera for Housiey’s digital platforms.

Content Delivery: Deliver engaging, informative, and persuasive property-related content, helping viewers understand project highlights, amenities, and investment potential.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content, production, and marketing teams to develop scripts and create high-quality property videos.

Live Sessions & Webinars: Conduct live property shows, virtual tours, and buyer-interaction sessions.

Market Awareness: Stay updated with real estate market trends and incorporate them into video content.

Client Engagement: Build trust with potential buyers by presenting projects confidently and addressing common buyer queries in videos.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in anchoring, media, or real estate content creation (preferred but not mandatory).

Passionate about the real estate industry and digital content creation.

Ability to explain property features and investment value in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.

Energetic, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
