Key Responsibilities:

 1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.

 Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate business opportunities.

 2. Sales Strategy: Devise effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets through Enterprises and Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement integrated approaches for lead generation and conversion.

 3. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.

 Customize offerings to address client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition.

 4. Negotiation and Closure: Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition to the account management or project implementation teams.

 5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and potential opportunities.

 6. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

 7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve overall company objectives.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 ● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 ● Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT

 sector.

 ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

 ● Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills
