Looking for a lead architect to manage our design department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating evaluating and manipulating designs to meet the needs of our clients.

·      15+ years of extensive industry experience in high-rise commercial and hospital buildings.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

·      Registration with COA

·      Familiarity with the statutory rules and regulations governing the Construction industry.

·      Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends

·      Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

·      Familiarity with Revit software is highly desirable

·      Excellent leadership skills.

·      Strong project management and time management skills

·      Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence

·      Willingness to travel

·      Strong and effective communication skills
