Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist for our client in Virar, Nala Sopara. This is a full-time position in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage billing and software systems, and effectively communicate with hospital staff and patients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in handling OPD and IPD patient management systems.
  • Experience in managing billing processes within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with KARE software or other healthcare management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and hospital staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk by greeting incoming patients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle OPD and IPD patient appointment scheduling and registration.
  • Assist in managing billing processes, including creating invoices and processing payments.
  • Utilize KARE software to input and update patient information efficiently.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and patient flow.
  • Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required.
