Roles and Responsibilities:

Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.

Maintaining MIS Excel

60-80 calls have to do on a daily basis

Able to work under Target and pressure 

Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Linked in/ Database.

Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
