Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with IPD billing and OPD billing processes
  • Proficient in using receptionist software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage inquiries
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Immediate availability to join


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Register and check-in clients, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Provide information to clients and visitors regarding services offered
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparation of documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines
