The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives in the staffing and skill development sector. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery.
2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track branch performance against targets and implement improvement strategies as needed.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the staffing or skill development industry with Good Exp in PF, ESIC.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.
