Responsibilities:  

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.  
  2. Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.  
  3. Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, online advertising, etc.).  
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.  
  5. Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.  
  6. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.  
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.  
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.  
  9. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.  
  10. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing and sales techniques.  
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.  
  12. Travel to various locations (South Africa, the Philippines, the US, and Jamaica) to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.  
  13. Utilize language skills in French and Spanish to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.  
  14. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, both in-person and via virtual platforms.  
  15. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.  

 

Skills:  

  1. Strong sales and negotiation skills.  
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  3. Proficiency in French and Spanish languages.  
  4. Proven experience in sales and marketing, including email marketing, cold calling, and in-person sales.  
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.  
  6. Good understanding of market research and analysis.  
  7. Familiarity with various marketing channels and techniques.  
  8. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.  
  9. The analytical and data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.  
  10. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.  
  11. Adaptability and willingness to travel extensively.  
  12. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.  
  13. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  
  14. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.  
  15. Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with diverse international clients.
