Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Scrum Master to join our team at HOPES FOREVER CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering successful projects within budget and on time. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Extensive experience in project management
• Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of Agile projects, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
• Track and report project status and key metrics to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices
• Continuously improve Agile processes and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
