Job Responsibilities: Senior/Sales Manager /Sourcing Manager Real Estate

• Field Sales Work Real Estate 
• Visit the Broker's Office & Active them for our product.
• App Download & Property Posting.
• Target Oriented
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team
• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Work on sales scripts with agents
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and direct sales team training
• Two Wheeler Mandatory

We required brokers who can help us to sell our exclusive projects.

- Hiring of Sourcing Team

- Training, Motivation, Monitoring, and getting the work done in a specific area

- Who has experience in Team handling of more than 10+ people

- Work closely on Targets - Real Estate domain experience ( preference ) but other industries can apply
