Job Overview

Customer Support Associate - Full-Time

1 to 3 years of experience (Preferably in D2C companies)

10.00 A.M. - 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in customer support or a related role
• Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Fluency in English

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all customer interactions
• Update customer information in the database
• Assist customers with product information and technical troubleshooting
