Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef Bakery to join our team at Honey Hut Natural Products Private Limited. As a Sous Chef Bakery, you will play a crucial role in our chain of experiential cafes where we revolutionize and redefine how honey is perceived. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the bakery department and ensure the production of high-quality bakery products that meet our eco-friendly and natural standards. This is a full-time position based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef Bakery or similar role, with a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in bakery production techniques and processes
  • Experience in a cloud kitchen or cafe environment is highly desirable
  • Proficient in pastry techniques, including dough making, shaping, and baking
  • Excellent knowledge of flavor combinations and creative presentation methods
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the bakery department and ensure the efficient production of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and confections
  • Supervise the team of pastry chefs, bakers, and other bakery staff
  • Create and maintain a bakery production schedule to meet the demand and ensure freshness of products
  • Develop and innovate bakery recipes, taking into account customer preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bakery ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace
  • Train and mentor bakery staff to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and cafe, to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements in the bakery department
