Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef Bakery to join our team at Honey Hut Natural Products Private Limited. As the Head Chef Bakery, you will be responsible for overseeing all bakery operations and ensuring the production of high-quality bakery products. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in bakery operations. The job location is Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Bakery Manager in a high-volume bakery.
  • Extensive knowledge of bakery production processes and techniques.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality bakery products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in bakery equipment and tools.
  • Experience in a cloud kitchen or food production facility is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee all bakery operations, including the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
  • Develop and maintain standard recipes and ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Manage a team of bakers and bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order bakery supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize bakery operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new bakery products and seasonal menus.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative techniques and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and timely production of bakery items.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
