Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Honey Hut Natural Products Private Limited. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized cafe environment. This is a full-time position based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven working experience as a Barista, with a focus on coffee preparation and customer service
• Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques and brewing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (coffee sacks, equipment)
• Knowledge of honey-based products and passion for sustainability is a plus
• Prior experience in cafes or similar food and beverage establishments
• Certifications in barista training programs is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte, ensuring high-quality standards
• Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe, including regular cleaning of equipment and workstations
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
• Assist in inventory management and stock control of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and cash handling
• Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and honey-based products
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
