Role & responsibilities
- Understanding the Core values of the company and functioning of Sales Department.

- Should be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the company.
- Should works closely with internal teams such as MIS team, accounts, and reporting manager to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a positive customer experience. Overall, should play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a company.
- Opportunity Creation: Should be responsible for creating an Opportunity out of the leads generated by the Central processing team (Homz N Space) and should be proactive in generating leads for potential clients through referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Should be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and providing regular updates on the Builders projects.
- Sales Process Management: Should be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generated to closing the transactions. This includes conducting site visits, giving presentations at project location or at customers place, Cross Selling, Negotiating and Closing and assisting the transactions as per the clients requirement.
- Sales Target Achievement: Should be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Should be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the real estate market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Should be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting, revenue analysis, and pipeline management.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Should works closely with internal teams such as MIS team, accounts, and reporting manager to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a positive customer experience. Overall, should play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a company.
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate sales, attract new clients, and expand the company's customer base.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in prospecting, negotiating, and closing real deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication with customers & the clients throughout the sales process.
- Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs for team members, including sales techniques, market knowledge, and legal/regulatory updates.
- Mentor and coach individual team members, providing guidance on sales strategies, client management, and professional growth.
Preferred candidate profile
1- 1-6 Yrs of Related Domain Experience; which is Real Estate Sales / Residential Sales
2- Escorting customers to the project site.
3- Should be humble and possess Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
4- Should be ambitious and self-Motivated in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations.
5- Should take High level of passion and ownership.
6- Language Proficiency: English / any regional language.
7- Must have Two-Wheeler with proper RT documents.
