Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, contract position ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
