Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Vsnap Technology Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
