Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Vsnap Technology Solutions. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling realty projects and driving revenue growth for our subsidiary brand, Indiaestates.in. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of conveyancing and legal requirements
  • Proactive and driven attitude towards achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • Drive sales revenue by pitching and selling realty projects to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Handle inbound leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes
