Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good understanding of the real estate industry
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in outbound marketing or presales is a plus
