Skills
1. Sales Executive or Sales Manager
2. Responsible for handling Direct Sales
3. Managing all enquiries of walkin customers and customer visits
4. Follow up enquiries and fix customer appointments
5. Handing site visits & clients
6. Frequent follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales target
7. Generate enquiries through other sources (existing customers contact, taking part in the realty
exhibition, etc.)
8. Report on Sales Activities to reporting authority
9. The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basis.
10. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price
under the best terms
11. Sales Marketing of a Real Estate Project
12. Develop and manage broker network
13. Maintain cordial relationships with the brokers and customers where ever required
14. Manage the Sales Team, Back Office and all queries related to sales of the project
15. Lead Generation, negotiate with customers and close transactions.
16. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
17. Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
18. Customer service orientation
19. High levels of passion in Real Estate Sales

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
