Outbound and Inbound Calls
✧ Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls for the lead generation Regularly,
✧ Giving the Customer the details of our product
✧ Updating the proper Description, lead status & Next follow-up date based on the discussion with the Customer
Lead follow up
✧ Regular Follow ups on the leads as per the Next follow up date mention in the CRM.
✧ Communication to the Customer has to be made through their Convenience, It has to be done through Phone, E-mail, Watsapp or SMS.
Assiging Leads to CRO’s
✧ Doing regular follow ups and sales pitch to the customer to convert them in to a prospective leads
✧ Segmenting or filtering the leads in to valid or invalid
✧ Assigning valid leads to CRO for further follow up.
Others
✧ Daily weekly and Monthly Reporting to lead manager
✧ Regular feedback on leads to Lead management Team.
Updating on product knowledge & process improvement frequently
