§ Consultant for Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges.
Sales Support
Preparing for an internal check-in between sales leaders and practitioners at a company.
Discussing important updates that could include:
§ Current sales performance
§ Update product knowledge to CRO’S
§ Generating new ideas
§ Improving sales forecast
§ Motivate, Coach, Support and Guide the CRO’s.
§ Moniter, Follow-up, Evaluate and Problem Solving.
§ Responsible for collecting Receivable’s on time.
Lead follow up
Approaching the leads in the right manner and effectively communicating with the right messaging.
- The following points helps in proper follow up:
§ Understanding the Segment and Promote the Product.
§ Responding in a timely fashion
§ Nurturing leads with useful content
§ Personalizing your communication
§ Using various communication channels
§ Creating a follow-up schedule
§ Qualifying the leads.
§ Preparing a document or presentation to pitch our product to potential clients and customers.
Sales Proposals
For successful sales proposals:
§ Analyze the prospects
§ Include unique selling proposition
§ Keep the presentation clear and brief
§ Customize your presentation based on the prospect needs
Sales Conversion
§ Negotiate win-win deals
§ Make sure that customer is updated with next steps about the product delivery, installation etc.
§ Keep in touch with the customer even after the conversion for better customer service
§ Make sure that customer satisfaction is 100%
Others
§ Write emails to the clients after the meetings to confirm the points discussed.
§ Be the interface between the client and company until the deal is completely closed making the customer experience 100% smooth
§ Proper check-in and check-out for the site visits
§ Following proper sales script
§ Do self-analysis for improvement
§ Understand the problems or key issues that you face
§ Come up with a solution to make your sales process smooth and successful.
§ Reporting to CEO on discussions, issues, solutions or suggestions for improvement
Measurement Metrics
§ No of meetings with Architect and Consultant per month
§ No of Lead Conversion to Quotation.
§ No of Order Conversion against Quotation.
