Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling travel products and services, and will be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
· Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
· Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
· Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
· Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
· Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
· Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
· Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.
· Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirement:
· 1+ years of experience in travel sales
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
· Knowledge of travel products and services
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
