The Restaurant Manager at Holiday Inn Resort South Goa is a senior, full-time position. Located within our picturesque resort, this role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team to deliver high-quality culinary experiences. The manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems to manage and streamlining customer transactions efficiently.
- Expertise in staff scheduling software to optimize shift management and maintain consistent service quality.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively, ensuring adequate supplies without overstocking or waste.
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations to maintain health standards and compliance.
- Skilled in budget management to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Experience in social media marketing to engage customers and enhance the restaurant's online presence.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill), essential for building and maintaining relationships with guests.
