About the Role

HL Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, expertise in modern design tools, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, and branding assets.
• Create UI elements, illustrations, and visuals for websites and mobile applications.
• Develop engaging visual content for social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and development teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Work with typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual hierarchy to enhance user experience.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations when required.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience in creating social media content, marketing designs, and digital assets.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
