Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (International Market) to expand our presence in global markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new markets, clients, and business opportunities in the international IT sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales and expand the company’s global footprint.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, B2B portals, and industry events.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with international clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the bidding team, sales team, and project managers to align strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of global markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in software development, digital marketing, IT outsourcing, or SaaS sales.
  • Existing network of international clients and partners.
  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and enterprise sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and tracking tools.
