Job Description:As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that will expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries, and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and email marketing.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services in a way that addresses their pain points.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with the marketing and development teams to create targeted campaigns and offers that align with client needs and market demands.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and promote the company’s services.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software development or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and software development services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
