·        User administration: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights 

·        Network management: Overseeing the functionality of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls 

·        Backups and restores: Performing daily security backups and restores to prevent data loss 

·        Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes 

·        Cybersecurity: Setting up and maintaining strong cybersecurity protocols, including patching vulnerabilities and following best practices 

·        Single sign-on (SSO): Overseeing the company's SSO guidelines and processes
