We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations at our facility, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a housekeeping role, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.
• Strong time management skills (Mandatory skill) to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of housekeeping duties.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective interaction with team members, staff, and visitors, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Advanced cleaning techniques (Mandatory skill) to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
