Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Managing F&B team
2) Serving area set up before event
3) Ensure satisfactory serving of Guests with respect to timeliness, quality of serving, etc.,
4) Co-ordinating with Customer for scheduling of serving.
5) Menu Planning with Customer
6) Engaging and overseeing contract staff for serving, cleaning etc.,
7) Planning and ensuring optimum contract staff for serving, cleaning, etc.,
8) Planning and Ordering all consumables such as Plantain leaves, hygiene materials, etc.,
9) Oversee Production Manager-F&B
10) Overall responsible to provide an excellent experience to customers with respect to all
F& B requirement end to end.
11) Handling and addressing all customer complains satisfactorily.
Qualification : Diploma hotel management / BHM
Salary : 60k + incentive
