Roles & Responsibilities:
Front Office Executive:
1) Advance reservation of rooms against event bookings
2) Room allocation to guest in coordination with Sales team
3) Receiving guests & escorting to rooms as required
4) Issuing keys to guests & collecting them back on guest check out
5) Maintaining guest check in register along with all required documentation such as guest id card copy etc.
6) Coordinating with housekeeping to shift guest luggage during check in & check out
7) Manning the reception desk & answering all guest queries
8) Submission of Monthly reports on occupancies of rooms.
9) Coordinating with room supervisor to block any rooms under maintenance
Qual : BHM or Bsc hotel management
Job location : Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Salary : 20 k to 25 k
Skills required : Hotelier software
